As a Culture Creator at SPARK Creations & Company Inc., Leah is elevating life experiences at work through integrating play into her workshops. As a professional actor, dancer and performer, Leah brings to her clients activities that overcomes the fear of failure using improv as well as sharing interactive human centered design thinking principles. Leah has a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and Cultural Anthropology and is certified in Emergenetics that evaluates brain and behaviour attributes. Leah is passionate about learning and creating the space for people to realize their potential in a fun and experiential way. To compliment her love and curiosity for training and development, Leah is a loving partner, sister, and mom to her son Kiaan.
